1. TRAVEX – The Event
a) Location of TRAVEX 2017 at Marina Bay Sands (MBS)
✓ TRAVEX 2017 will be held in Halls A, B & C at level 1
 
b) Opening Hours
✓ Opening Hours will be from 9am to 6pm on 19 and 20 January 2017
 
c) Dress Code for TRAVEX 2017
✓ Strictly Business Attire 
 
d) Floorplan
✓ The final Floorplan will be available by early January 2016; you may wish to download it from https://atf2017.com/user 
 
e) Official Program
✓ You may download the Official Program from https://atf2017.com/atf-programme#programme-schedule
 
f) Badges for all Delegates
✓ Only delegate’s Name, Company and Country will be printed on the badge
✓ Collection of badges will on 18 January 2017 at MBS, Sands & Expo Convention Hall, Level 1 from 9am to 6pm only.
✓ Lost badges will only be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of S$21.40 (w GST) 
 
g) Official Hotels
✓ There is a total of 27 Official Hotels offering exclusive rates to all delegates

h) VISA Applications
✓ Pls visit Immigration & Checkpoint Authority at https://www.ica.gov.sg/page.aspx?pageid=96&secid=94 to find out VISA requirements for your visit to Singapore 
 
i) Official Contractor

j) Official Freight Forwarder

2. Buyers – Information
a) Benefits of attending TRAVEX 2017

b) Registration
✓ Visit ATF 2017 official website at www.atf2017.com to register by 31 October 2016.
✓ Do have the profile of your company and delegates details on hand before registering. Download the questions here for reference.  In order to have a successful submission, all questions must be completed during online registration. 
✓ Two email notifications will be sent to you:
• Confirmation of your registration  
• One-time password login
 
c) Buyer’s Login
✓ Click on https://atf2017.com/user and key in the Registered ID and Password to view:
• Your registration details
• Hotel Accommodation (for overseas delegates)
• Transport Schedule
• TRAVEX Manual / Floorplan
 
d) Hosting Program 
✓ Hosted buyers are carefully selected based on the following criteria:
• Purchasing authority 
• Hosting status in past ATF shows or Recommendations from Singapore Tourism Board Regional Offices and Sellers
• Fulfill at least 75% or 32 slots of the business appointment  
 
✓ Hosting Status:
• Fully Hosted:
• Reimbursement of Flight into Singapore from an International Airport (at a capped amount) 
• Hosted Hotel accommodation for 5 nights from 16 – 21 Janurary 2017
• Admission to Exhibition Halls on show days (18-20 Jan)
• Admission to social functions (by invitation only) 
 
For those who are not eligible for full hosting, you may register for partial hosting as follows:
 
• Partially Hosted:
• Reimbursement of Flight into Singapore from an International Airport (at a capped amount)
• Admission to Exhibition Halls on show days (18-20 Jan)
• Admission to social functions (by invitation only) 
 
✓ Reimbursement Procedure:
• Reimbursement will only be made on Friday 20th January 2017 from 1pm to 5pm
• Present the following documents personally at the ATF2017 Buyer Registration Counter located at MBS, Halls A-C, Level 1 
• Hosting Letter/Email from TRAVEX Secretariat
• Original and Photocopied Passport
• Original and Photocopied E-Ticket Receipt
• Final Buyer’s Appointment Schedule
• Buyer’s Badge
 
We seek your cooperation to present the required documents as failure to do so may result in a delay in the reimbursement process.
 
e) Business Appointments
✓ All Buyers will have Face to Face business meetings with Sellers on a 1-on-1 basis
✓ Total 42 Business appointment slots with 21 appointment slots per day
✓ All buyers are required to fulfill at least a minimum of 32 appointments
✓ The duration for each appointment is 15 minutes
 
Pre-Business Appointments Selection
✓ Pre-Business Appointment will be launched in end November 2016.
✓ All delegates will be informed via email of the commencement of the Pre-Business Appointments selection on third week of Nov 2016 
✓ To select 42 preferred Sellers to expedite appointment matching.
✓ Delegates can log into ATF 2017 website to view the results of the pre-business appointments.
✓ TRAVEX Secretariat will email the business appointment schedule to all delegates prior to the TRAVEX.
 
f) Buyer’s Manual 
✓ Buyer’s Manual will be ready by November 2016, please log in to the ATF 2017 official website (based on Company’s registered login ID/Password) and download it from the ATF 2017 Buyer’s Section
 
3. Sellers / Exhibitors – Information
a) Benefits of attending TRAVEX 2017

✓ Develop and strengthen your brand to buyers from all over the world

✓ One-to-one pre-scheduled appointments with more than 400 quality buyers from all over the world
 
b)  Registration
✓ Visit ATF 2017 official website at www.atf2017.com to register for a booth by 31 October 2016 
✓ Do have the profile of your company and delegates’ details on hand before registering. Download the questions here for reference. In order to have a successful submission, all questions must be completed during online registration.
✓ Two email notifications will be sent to you:
• Confirmation of your registration  
• One-time password login
 
c) Booth Assignment
✓ Booths will be assigned based on individual Country groupings  
✓ Individual Tourism Ministry will be heading his/her respective Country’s group and followed by the individual registered companies
✓ Booth allocation is based on first-come-first-served basis subject to payment of the required fees  
✓ Corporate Area is only applicable for Regional / International chain organisations with at least 2 properties / offices in 2 different ASEAN countries 
✓ While the TRAVEX Secretariat endeavors to accommodate the booth preferences of registered Sellers, booth assignment remains the prerogative of the TRAVEX Secretariat
 
d) Booth Scheme
✓ Standard 9sqm shell scheme which include the following: 
 
• 1 standard power point socket
• 2 fluorescent lights
• 1 info counter
• 1 wastepaper bin
• 2 foldable chairs
• 1 fascia board inscription
✓ Raw Space – design and build by Contractor.  Refer to Seller’s Manual for more information. 
 
e) Seller’s Login
✓ Click on https://atf2017.com/user and key in the Registered ID and Password to view:
• Your registration details
• Hotel Accommodation (for overseas delegates)
• Transport Schedule
• TRAVEX Manual / Floorplan

✓ Allow Sellers Face to Face business meetings with Buyers on a 1-on-1 basis
✓ Total 42 Business appointment slots - with 21 appointment slots per day

h) Submission Timelines:
✓ All Furniture, Electrical, Telephone, Internet line forms etc must be submitted via online to the Official Contractor, Cityneon Events Pte Ltd and Marina Bay Sand latest by 9th December 2016 
✓ Booth design drawing to be submitted for approval to the TRAVEX Secretariat, attention Mr Tan Wei Song via email at events@atf2017.com latest by 9th December 2016
 
i) Build-up, Set Up and Tear Down of Stand:
✓ Build-up for Official Contractor: 
• 16 - 17 Jan (0800-2200 hour)  
 
✓ Build-up for Sub-Contractors for Raw Space:
• 16 Jan (1400 – 2200 hour) & 
• 17 Jan (0800 – 2200 hour)
 
✓ Exhibitor’s booth set up: 
• 18 Jan (0800 – 2100 hour) or when the contractor is ready to hand over the booth to the Exhibitor
 
✓ Removing of Exhibits (hand carried items):
• 20 Jan (1800 – 2000 hour)
 
✓ Tear Down of Stand by Official and Sub-Contractors:
• 21 Jan (0800 – 1700)
 
j) Official Contractor
✓ The Official Contractor is Cityneon Events Pte Ltd.  For more information or orders, you may wish to contact Mr Jeremy Koek at DID: +65 6571 6399 or at email jeremy.koek@cityneon.com.sg
✓ You may wish to appoint other Contractors to build the booth. However the booth design drawing must be submitted to the TRAVEX Secretariat via email at events@atf2017.com, attention to Mr Tan Wei Song for approval.  The drawing of the booth design is to be submitted not later than 9th December 2016.
